By completing your purchase, you agree to the following:

1. Intellectual Property & License

All Blueprints, Hardware, and Vault materials are for your personal classroom use only. You are granted a single-user license. Sharing your login, distributing PDFs to your entire district, or reselling these systems is strictly prohibited.

2. Subscription & Billing

  • Monthly Members: You will be billed $19 every 30 days until you cancel.
  • Annual Members: You will be billed $190 once per year until you cancel.
  • Failed Payments: Access to the Lab and the Private Community will be automatically suspended if a payment fails and is not resolved within 3 days.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your member portal settings. To avoid the next billing cycle, please cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. No partial refunds are provided for mid-month cancellations.

 

4. No-Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Lab (instant access to the Vault and Blueprints), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the "Hardware" has been accessed.

5. Results Disclaimer

The Math Systems Lab provides the "Engine," but the "Driver" is you. While these systems are engineered based on 8 years of experience, individual classroom results depend on your consistent implementation of the blueprints.
